The melt viscosity will decrease significantly with the expansion of the shear rate, and the melt viscosity is also very sensitive to temperature changes. Therefore, for the molding production processing of polymethyl methacrylate, increasing the molding working pressure and temperature can significantly reduce the viscosity of the solution and obtain good flowability. The initial fluidity temperature of acrylic lens is about 160℃, and the initial dissolution temperature is higher than 270℃, which has a wide range of production and processing temperature.
