The flame retardant grade of pc board is gradually increased from baiHB, V-2, V-1, V-0, 5VB to 5VA
1. HB: Very low flame retardant grade in the UL94 standard. It is required that for samples with a thickness of 3 to 13 mm dao, the burning speed is less than 40 mm per minute; for samples less than 3 mm thick, the burning speed is less than 70 mm per minute; or extinguished before the 100 mm mark.
2. V-2: After two 10-second combustion tests on the sample, the afterflame or afterflame will be extinguished within 60 seconds. The dripping particles can ignite cotton.
3. V-1: After two 10-second combustion tests on the sample, the afterflame & afterflame will be extinguished within 60 seconds. The dripping particles cannot ignite the cotton.
4. 5VB: After five seconds of burning test on the sample, the afterflame & afterflame will be extinguished within 60 seconds. The dripping particles cannot ignite the cotton. For block samples, it is allowed to be burned through.
5. 5VA: After five seconds of burning test on the sample, the afterflame & afterflame will be extinguished within 30 seconds. The dripping particles cannot ignite the cotton. For block samples, it is not allowed to be burned through
